About me

My name is Will Bishop Stephens. I make animated films as a writer, director and animator. I make sculpture, prints and collage which are often the starting points for my films. I’m a published author and illustrator.

I tend to use humour in my work and usually a hands-on, lo-tech approach, even when I’m using comparatively sophisticated techniques in animation. I am software agnostic, using whatever is most appropriate, and learning fast. I have a playful approach to all my work.
